All our products are created in Portugal in a traditional and professional fashion passed down from generation to generation. With a heritage spanning over 40 years, 20 being in the UK, HC Furniture has established itself as more then a high street brand but as part of your home.

We our proud of our highly qualified employees, with over 25 Years of Experience in Bespoke Furniture, their skills and ability make undertaking each job a rewarding experience. Our services extend to both Residential and Commercial projects. We are confident that we can create a product to your satisfaction; crafting each piece to your specific needs and requirements. We are able to source and work with any type of Wood, Veneers and other material required including; Stainless Steel, Stone and Glass. Spray booths are used to achieve an impeccable finish. Whether it be Paint, Lacquer, Polish or Stain, we can produce the look you want.

 

 

Process


Appointment
If you wish to speak to us about a quote, please do not hesitate to call us and arrange an appointment, a representative will meet with you at your convenience to discuss your needs and requirements.


Quotation
Once all the measures and the specifications are taken, work will begin on designing your furniture, you will be updated during every step so that we can provide any changes necessary and advice you on the best decision possible.  


Ordering
Once you have made the decision to proceed with our quotation, we will send you the contract as to confirm everything is to your specification and a deposit of 50% will be required. We accept bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards as forms of payment. Credit cards will incur a 5% fee when processed.


Construction
Once the measures and designs details are complete, the plans are taken to the workshop for construction. We aim to have all units made and painted one week prior to the installation date to ensure the units are dry and ready to go out for the installation without delay. This process will take about 4 to 6 weeks to complete (depending on the finish required).

 

Installation
Lastly, you will be contacted to arrange a time and date to install the furniture at your convenience. We can also aid our customers in moving and protecting items in the room of installation. When the job is complete, our team will leave the work areas clean and tidy, removing packaging and touching up paintwork where required.

 

Payment
Once the units are installed and you are 100% happy with the work, the final payment may be made.
