Your Journey will begin with an on-site visit from one of our representative sales and one of our designer team members. We’ll do a detailed site survey of the room(s) and discuss to your ideas and needs making sure that the final design is tailored to you every specification. We also, will show you some samples of materials and finishes, and our portfolio from previous projects for perhaps a further inspiration.
Following our initial meeting, within 7 working days, we will provide a written detailed quote laying out all your specifications, costs, timeframes, along with a draft design of your new bespoke furniture.
Once you have made the decision to proceed with our quotation and the green lights is given to us, our Design Team will prepare a technical drawing including 3d Renders giving you a hand-on feel of the design and how the furniture will fit your dream home. At the same time, physical samples of materials, colours and finishes will be prepared to get your final approval to secure that everything is as discussed and at your requested specifications.
All our projects goes through a rigorous review process, once all measures and designs have been checked, all details are agreed, the plans are taken to the workshop for the construction. Depending on the complexity and nature of the design and build, the whole process can take between six to ten weeks to be completed and occasionally longer for more complicated pieces. In this phase, you will be updated with photos so you can ensure that the furniture is being built as your requesting.
When the construction phase is completed, your furniture will be carefully checked and packed ready for installation, at this stage a member of our team will contact you to organise a fitting date at your convenience.
On the date agreed, your furniture will be delivered and the fitting will be started straightway. This job is usually carried out by two or three of our experienced fitters who work in a professional manner and to our high standards. They will protect floors, walls and surrounding areas if necessary where they will be working. If drilling into walls and floor is necessary, they will require to know where cables and pipes run to avoid any accident that can cause delays on the process. Once the fitting is completed our team will leave the work areas clean and tidy.
After the completion of the installation, one of our representative members will visit your home to certify that the job has been completed as promised and to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the service executed by us.
All our custom-made furniture is guaranteed for 1 full year.
